Reasons for Refunds
MediTrain, LLC will issue a full refund, unless otherwise stated in this policy, for all registration fees paid for classes under the following situations only:
(a) The registered student cancels by phone or online at www.meditrainoh.com no later than 2 business days prior to the start date of the course.
Students who registered for courses that require a non-refundable deposit at the time of registration will be refunded the paid registration fee less the deposit.
(b) The course was cancelled by MediTrain, LLC.
(c) Duplicate transactions for the same student and class.
(d) Overpayment.
Invalid
Reasons for Refunds
MediTrain, LLC will NOT issue a refund in the following situations:
(a) The registered student failed to cancel their registration by phone or online at www.meditrainoh.com 2 business days or more prior to the start date of the course.
(b) The registered student was denied entrance to a registered course for failing to meet the course requirements, including but not limited to, having required materials and/or manuals, having required credentials necessary to complete the course, or arriving at the course on time.
(c) The registered student completed the course but did not receive a certification due to failing to meet the minimum requirements of that course, including but not limited to, being present for the duration of the course, passing any written exams or skills evaluations.
(d) The registered student completed the course, received a valid certification, but was unsatisfied with the instructor, company administration, or course content.
Refund
Method
MediTrain, LLC, when appropriate based on the terms and conditions above, will issue refunds based on the payment method:
(a) Cash Payments: A check will be issued to the person or entity from whom the original payment for the course and student was received within 2 business days of receipt of the refund request.
(b) Check, Money Order, Certified Check, or Cashier’s Check Payments: A check will be issued to the
person or entity from whom the original payment for the course and student was
received. A 14 day hold period will apply to all refunds in which the original payment was made by check, money order, certified check, or cashier’s check.
(c) Credit Card Payments: If within 90 days of the original payment transaction date, a credit will be applied to the
original card from which the payment for the course and student was received within 2 business days of receipt of the refund request. In the unlikely event that the original credit card declines the credit transaction, a check will be issued to the
cardholder from whom the original payment for the course and student was received within 2 business days of receipt of the refund request.
After 90 days from the original payment transaction date, a check will be issued to the
cardholder from whom the original payment for the course and student was received within 2 business days of receipt of the refund request.
Our agreements with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover prohibit us from issuing a refund to any person other than the original cardholder.
